Refunds & Returns Policy

Return Assistance

If you would like to return an items and be issued a refund, first please complete the Return Form. We will respond to this within 24 hours with further instructions, including a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Whiz Technology does not permit returns or refunds without first obtaining a RAN. If you encounter any problems with this form, please contact us immediately on customercare@whiz-technology.com.

Return deadline

At Whiz Technology, our priority is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it to Whiz within 30 calendar days of order placement.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise. All return items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging, and be accompanied with a return authorization number. (See “How to return and item” below.)

Exchanges and Refunds

You have the option of receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. We do not offer product exchanges for other items. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the matching payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Return Instructions

Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, Whiz Technology reserves the right to refuse the return.

  •  Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If faulty, please specify the defect.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
  • Please enclose a printed copy of the RAN. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your refund.
  • Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Please allow 3 days from date we received the package for us to process your return.
  • If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund.

Return Requirements

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories. Refunds will not be processed for partial returns.

Non-functioning (NF) Product: Failure Out of the Box

If you believe your product is Non Functional out of the box, or is otherwise defective when you receive it, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. Generally we will offer a replacement service, as per our 12 month replacement warranty. We may ask you to return the original item.

To arrange a replacement for NF item, please contact us directly at customercare@whiz-technology.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you. If we are unable to resolve the issue through support, we will arrange a replacement with you.

If your item becomes defective within 12 months of purchase, please note that you are covered by our 12 month replacement warranty. Please review the terms & conditions of our warranty for further information.

Refund Policy

Please note the following with regard to refunds issued:
1) We will only issue refunds for the fully paid price of the original item. Refunds do not extend to the original shipping fees.
2) We do not accept partial refunds or rebates.
3) Refunds are processed to the originating card or payment method. We do not make cash payment refunds.
